With a flair for flavors Chef Meriel creates all devious desserts in-house, not a single pre-mix or pre-made dessert in the kitchen – and that also means no pre-bought ice cream base. When Young says, “Scratch made pies and artisan ice ceam” – she means it, and that care and passion carries over to her ingredient selection.
