Our chef is always looking to try new flavors, so we do a ice cream flavor rotation. Previous flavors have included Green Tea (Dairy Free), S’mores Brownie Chunk, Pear Lychee Sorbet, as well as a rotation of cereal milk ice cream that has included Corn Pops, Fuity Pebbles, Cap’n Crunch Berries and Cookie Crisp.

While pushing her flavors forward she is also trying new pastry techniques, or just taking advantage of her knowledge of what is seasonally available for various pies and cobblers. She has made a selection of specialty brownies on rotation, including red velvet, dulce de leche, and german chocolate brownies.
