Are You Being Bullied by Narcissistic Monologuing?
I’ve been bullied my whole life. I’ve never fit into conventional social groups. I’ve never been popular and am really quite shy. I don’t like large crowds and am socially awkward. I cry when I’m angry and quiet when I’m upset. I don’t handle bullying very well because I’m an empath. I feel the rage, the anxiety, the defensiveness, the insecurity the bully is projecting towards me. I just don’t understand it. I don’t understand where it’s coming from and why they feel the need to target me. I’m a beacon for narcissists as well but I’ve learned to shut them down immediately by not engaging.
